Kanban Board

The Kanban board provides a visual way to manage your tasks across different stages.

Board Layout

The board has four columns by default:

• Backlog - Tasks waiting to be started
• In Progress - Active work
• Review - Awaiting client feedback
• Done - Completed tasks

Drag and Drop

• Click and drag any task card to move it between columns
• Tasks automatically update their status when moved
• Changes are saved immediately

Task Cards

Each card shows:

• Task title
• Client name
• Total hours logged
• Billable indicator

Filtering

Use the filter options to:

• Show tasks for a specific client
• Filter by billable/non-billable
• Search by task title

Keyboard Shortcuts

• N: Create new task
• F: Open filter menu
• ?: Show all shortcuts
