Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with Zenaris. If things do not work out, here is how our refund process works.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Zenaris for any reason within the first 14 days of your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

The 14-day period starts from the date of your initial paid subscription or upgrade.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@zenaris.com with the following details:

  • The email address associated with your Zenaris account.
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve).

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment provider.

Prorated Refunds for Annual Plans

If you are on an annual plan and request a refund after the 14-day guarantee period, we offer prorated refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription. The refund amount is calculated from the date of your cancellation request to the end of your billing period.

Monthly plans are not eligible for prorated refunds after the 14-day guarantee period.

Free Tier

Zenaris offers a free tier that gives you access to core features at no cost. Since no payment is required, no refund is applicable. You are welcome to use the free tier for as long as you like.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After your billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier automatically.
  • All your data, invoices, and tasks will be preserved. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade.
  • You can re-subscribe to a paid plan at any time to restore full access.
