Branding & Custom PDFs

Add your logo, colors, and contact details to invoices and quotes.

Branding & Custom PDFs

Every PDF Zenaris generates pulls from your branding settings, so invoices, quotes, and receipts all match.

Setting Your Brand

Open Settings > Branding. The fields are:

  • Business name — appears in the PDF header
  • Logo — square or wide PNG/SVG, max 2 MB
  • Accent color — used for headings and totals
  • Contact block — email, phone, address, tax ID
  • Footer note — shown below the totals (e.g., bank details, thank you)

Changes apply to new PDFs immediately. Existing PDFs are not regenerated.

Logo Guidelines

  • Format: PNG with transparent background or SVG
  • Size: at least 400px wide for sharp printing
  • Padding: leave a little internal padding — the layout trims tight to the bounding box

Template Selection

Choose a template under Settings > Branding > Template:

  • Classic — single column, traditional layout
  • Modern — sidebar with totals on the right
  • Compact — fits more line items per page

Each template respects your accent color and contact block.

Per-Document Overrides

Need a one-off variation? Inside any invoice or quote:

  • Override the footer note for a specific client
  • Hide the tax ID for international clients
  • Swap to a different template without changing the default

Multi-Brand Setup (PRO)

On PRO, you can save multiple brand presets — useful if you invoice as more than one entity. Pick the active brand when creating an invoice.
