Zenaris uses Paddle for secure payment processing.
Payment Methods
Paddle accepts:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Wire transfer (enterprise)
Billing Cycle
- Monthly billing on subscription date
- Invoice sent via email
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
Updating Payment
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Manage Billing
- Update payment method in Paddle portal
Invoices
Access billing invoices:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Billing History
- Download any invoice
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until period end
Refunds
- 14-day money-back guarantee
- Contact support for refund requests
- Prorated refunds for annual plans
