Creating a Recurring Template

  • Go to Recurring
  • Click Create Template
  • Set up:

- Client: Who to bill

- Line Items: What to bill for

- Frequency: How often

- Start Date: When to begin

- End Date: Optional end date

Frequency Options

  • Weekly: Every 7 days
  • Bi-weekly: Every 14 days
  • Monthly: Same day each month
  • Quarterly: Every 3 months
  • Annually: Once per year

How It Works

  • At each frequency interval, a draft invoice is created
  • You receive a notification
  • Review the invoice and send to client
  • Repeat automatically

Template Management

  • Pause: Temporarily stop generating invoices
  • Resume: Restart invoice generation
  • Edit: Modify template details
  • Delete: Remove the template
