Creating a Recurring Template
- Go to Recurring
- Click Create Template
- Set up:
- Client: Who to bill
- Line Items: What to bill for
- Frequency: How often
- Start Date: When to begin
- End Date: Optional end date
Frequency Options
- Weekly: Every 7 days
- Bi-weekly: Every 14 days
- Monthly: Same day each month
- Quarterly: Every 3 months
- Annually: Once per year
How It Works
- At each frequency interval, a draft invoice is created
- You receive a notification
- Review the invoice and send to client
- Repeat automatically
Template Management
- Pause: Temporarily stop generating invoices
- Resume: Restart invoice generation
- Edit: Modify template details
- Delete: Remove the template
